Flavour, style and star power: Supporting the GRM Gala 2025
When our GRM Daily client approached us to support the catering for their annual gala, we knew it had to be as exceptional as the event itself. Hosted at London’s prestigious Hurlingham Club, the evening welcomed a glittering guest list of artists, athletes, and cultural icons, from the Sugababes and Krept & Konan to Alesha Dixon, Ms Banks and Alex Iwobi.
Working closely with South African event planner Precious Jelobe and GRM Daily CEO Koby Hagan ‘Posty’, we supported delivery of a curated menu that blended authenticity, innovation, and luxury.
Fireaway Pizza brought handmade, wood-fired pizzas using Italian-sourced ingredients; Crack Cookies added indulgent, unexpected sweet creations; and Chip ’n’ Jerk showcased contemporary
Caribbean cuisine with bold, authentic flavours.
On the drinks front, we supported Heads, Hearts & Tails to deliver bespoke cocktails in collaboration with LVMH, featuring Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, and Whispering Angel. Highlights included the Henny-Rita – a Hennessy twist on the margarita and the Belvedere Dirty Brew, a coffee-forward vodka serve presented affogato-style over gelato.
Our full front and back-of-house team coordinated every detail, liaising with the Hurlingham Club to ensure seamless delivery and a premium guest experience. This wasn’t just catering – it was an integral part of one of the UK’s most high-profile celebrations of black culture, and we were proud to bring it all together for GRM Daily.
