Glow up goals: Making comfort food beautiful at Huda's workshop

Working alongside DRP, who transformed our venue partner Protein Studios into a Huda brand extravaganza, we were ready to serve up some seriously tasty treats. The brief? Take comfort food classics like pizza and burgers and give them the glow-up they deserved, plus morning fuel and afternoon cake pop treats to keep the creative energy flowing.

We rolled up our sleeves and created perfect pizzas and well seasoned chips, burgers and of course, who could forget the gorgeously creamy mac and cheese?

This wasn't our usual avocado-forward style, but we loved showing how flexible we can be. Working to client briefs and creating magic out of classic dishes is what gets us excited - proving that comfort food can be just as stunning as our signature fare when given the right treatment.

We decked out the service stations with our favourite rattan lamps and gorgeous wooden serveware that played beautifully with Protein Studios' dreamy pink branding. It was giving cosy-meets-chic vibes, and we were absolutely here for it.

This wasn't just about feeding people (though we definitely did that well). It was about creating those little moments of joy that make a workshop feel special.

“It was such a pleasure to support DRP on this event for Huda Beauty—our first time working together and definitely not the last! The energy throughout the day was fun and energising, and it’s always a joy to be at Protein Studios, a venue that never disappoints. Our team loved bringing the creative vision to life, and our guests were living for the pizzettes and the stunning station setup. From start to finish, it was an exciting project to be part of, and we’re already looking forward to the next one. Thank you DRP for having us!”
