Reaching New Heights: The Ripe Avocado Takes on Lendscape's Private Client Event at The Shard
We were absolutely delighted when Lendscape came to us to help bring their client event to life - and even more excited when we secured The View from The Shard as the venue. With just two weeks to pull everything together from concept to creation, it was all hands on deck to deliver something special. The venue practically sells itself - perched high above London with those incredible skyline views - but we wanted the food to match the setting. Our menu brought together bold, globally-inspired flavours with the kind of refined presentation you'd expect at one of London's most iconic locations. Guests kicked off the evening with Calabrian nduja arancini and confit duck cones, before settling in for a proper sit-down feast that ended with Komuntu chocolate dessert featuring Hwentia Ethiopian pepper. The TRA team were on hand throughout, making sure every last-minute tweak and addition was handled smoothly so Lendscape could relax and focus on their guests. When you're 800 feet up with some of the best views in the world, the pressure's on - but that's exactly the kind of challenge we love.
