Luxury Wedding Catering at The Queen’s House Greenwich, London

At the centre of this wedding was a dining experience designed to bring people together. Moving beyond a traditional format, the menu was curated as a shared journey - encouraging guests to slow down, connect and fully immerse themselves in the moment.

The Brief
Set at the cusp of spring turning into summer, Miranda and Elliot’s wedding was all about atmosphere - soft light, elegant surroundings and a sense of quiet magic. With sweeping views across Greenwich Park and the timeless beauty of The Queen’s House, the brief was to create an experience that felt romantic, elevated and effortlessly joyful from start to finish.

The styling embraced the venue’s iconic black and white tiled floor, allowing it to lead the visual story. Tables were kept intentionally soft and refined with eau de nil napkins, paired with elegant white, yellow and cream florals and classically stylish china and cutlery to bring freshness and lightness into the space.

The Approach
We designed a menu that mirrored the setting - refined but full of personality, with options for all guests, as well as moments of surprise woven throughout.

The Experience
From golden-hour drinks to candlelit dining, the day flowed with ease. Our team focused on creating a service style that felt polished yet relaxed - attentive without intrusion, allowing guests to fully settle into the moment.

As the evening continued, the celebration took on a more playful energy. Guests returned from sunset views across the Thames to late-night pizzas, bringing everyone together for a final, joyful chapter.

The Result
A wedding that felt as beautiful as it looked - romantic, flavour-led and full of personality, where thoughtful styling and considered hospitality worked in perfect harmony with the setting.

As the bride later shared:
“Seeing the photos has brought back just how magical the day was and we are so grateful to you for your part in that; the food, drinks, service, tablescaping, organisation and staff were all truly extraordinary and beyond our expectations. It was a perfect day.”

And echoed by the father of the bride:
“Being able to prepare, cook and present food at such a high level for so many people is a rare skill… the lamb was exquisite, but I always think that vegetables are a real test and your leeks and okra couldn’t have been bettered… the whole ensemble, canapés included, was perfect in conception and execution.”

For us, it’s exactly what we aim to create - moments that feel effortless, but stay with you long after the last plate is cleared.

"For me, this wedding was all about creating a sense of connection through the dining experience. We wanted every guest to feel part of something shared - not just sitting down to eat, but truly engaging with each moment, each course, and each other.

We designed the menu to unfold naturally, allowing the atmosphere to build as the day progressed. It was important that the food felt generous, considered and full of warmth - something that brought people together and reflected the couple’s personality.

When you see guests lingering at the table, talking, laughing, and really enjoying that time together - that’s when you know you’ve created something special."
