Our signature ‘Ripe Avocado Guac Bar’ has become one of the most popular elements at many of our clients' events. More than just a menu item, it’s a full experience.
We create a vibrant installation using the ripest, freshest ingredients, then invite guests to step up and pimp their guac. We start with a bowl of smashed avocado, hand guests a crunchy yellow or blue corn tortilla and let them take it from there.
From crumbled feta, pulled pork, spicy chorizo and tomato salsa, the toppings are endless. For the brave, there’s our signature extra-hot house chilli oil. There’s even a splash of Patrón tequila to top it all off.

Nothing goes to waste at The Ripe Avocado. We repurpose suitable food surplus across our waste-free menu, ensuring every section and even our client gifts include a sustainable option. For example, leftover chillies from our food station displays are turned into house-made chilli oil, used both as a client gift and as a spicy topping on our Guac Bars. In just six months, this has saved 50kg of chillies from going to waste.
All surplus avocados are transformed into our signature Ripe Avocado dessert, crafted by Executive Chef Sam. Silky smooth, sweet and dangerously moreish, it’s our way of giving every avocado a second life, saving 125kg in the past six months alone. Start with our Guac Bar, finish with our avocado dessert.

One of our favourite Guac Bar to date? The one we created for Event Concept’s 30th birthday party at EventFest 2025. We went all out with the theming, and the station was buzzing all night. Watching guests dive into bowls, build their perfect bite, and come back for seconds (and thirds) was everything we love about what we do.
It’s colourful. It’s customisable. It’s completely delicious.
And yes, it’s absolutely a signature Ripe Avocado experience.
